Slip closed loop over one toe. Wrap free end or ‘tail’ under and around adjacent toe, secure with comfortable tension. Do not overtighten to cause discomfort or impair circulation. Trim narrower with scissors, if desired.
Hand wash. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.
If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before using. If numbness, discoloration, irritation or additional toe pain occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not overtighten. If symptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.
